BCE craftsmen select only the finest grade of Maple for the BCE Lambert Professional Series - chosen for the consistency of colour and straightness. Each shaft is precision kiln dried to ensure the perfect moisture content - too much moisture and the shaft will warp, too little and the dried wood will act like a sponge in moist atmospheres, leading to warping.

No hardwood and paint on the BCE Lambert Professional Series - the Layered Ebonised Black Wood is hand spliced on to the maple shaft. Giving the instantly recognisable rounded finish to the four points. The butt is not painted, to give a truly traditional appearance, and high quality performance. On this cue, the veneers are front only to replicate Christophe very own cue.
